Processing Time All Wand & Owl coffee is roasted to order in small batches. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be roasted, packaged, and prepared for shipment. We think it's worth the wait.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer FREE shipping on all COFFEE orders. BOOK ORDERS ship for a flat rate of $7.00. Standard shipping typically arrives within 5-7 business days after processing.

Where We Ship We currently ship within the continental United States. We are working on expanding to additional regions — stay tuned.

Order Tracking Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update after you receive your notification.

Delays We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Occasionally carrier delays outside our control may affect delivery times, particularly during peak seasons. We appreciate your patience.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all please reach out to us at [email] within 14 days of your expected delivery date. We'll make it right.

A Note on Freshness Because every bag is roasted to order, your coffee ships at peak freshness. We don't warehouse product or sit on inventory. What you receive was made for you specifically — and it shows in the cup.
