Frog Fog opens with blackberry-like acidity and doesn't let you forget it. Ethiopian heirloom varietals from Guji's shade-grown farms lead with bright floral and berry complexity: layered, alive, the kind of cup that makes the morning feel like it has something to say. Guatemalan Bourbon and Typica from the volcanic highlands of Antigua and Huehuetenango bring heritage sweetness and structural balance, softening the brightness into something more inviting. Brazilian Catuaí and Mundo Novo anchor the finish with body and a quiet chocolate foundation that keeps everything grounded.

The result is a light roast that's both bright and sweet; caramel warmth threading through blackberry acidity, tea-like clarity giving way to a chewy, satisfying finish. Complex without being fussy, and alive in a way that's hard to put down. Sourced from smallholder farms in Ethiopia, volcanic highland producers in Guatemala, and modern estates in Brazil's Cerrado, this blend carries three distinct farming traditions into a single, surprisingly cohesive cup. Best before the rest of the world wakes up. No prince required.

Altitude & Processing

900-2,100 MASL (meters above sea level)

This light roast blend combines Ethiopian beans (1,850-2,100m) washed for vibrant floral and fruit notes, Guatemalan beans (1,500-2,000m) washed for balanced complexity and sweetness, and Brazilian beans (900-1,400m) using pulped natural processing for body and foundation. The complementary processing methods create a bright, layered cup that showcases the high-altitude Ethiopian character while maintaining balance and drinkability.

Blend Composition

Ethiopian Heirloom Varietals, Bourbon, Typica, Caturra, Catuaí, Mundo Novo
