The middle ground, done with no compromise.

A medium roast is the hardest roast to get right: too little and the origin disappears, too much and the nuance does. Sir William's Delight holds the line. A precisely engineered multi-origin blend drawing from four extraordinary growing regions; Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala, and Ethiopia, roasted in small batches to order and arriving at peak freshness, never warehoused, never compromised.

Each origin earns its place: Brazilian beans bring body and sweetness. Colombian beans add clean brightness. Guatemalan beans deliver balanced complexity. Ethiopian beans contribute floral clarity at the top of the range. Together they produce a cup that is layered and assured, toffee and dark chocolate grounded by a bright lift of citrus, with a balance that rewards whatever method you bring to it: French press, pour over, or drip.

This is the roast for the buyer who refuses to choose between complexity and approachability.

Certified clean at every stage. No mycotoxins. No heavy metals. No yeast. Because a coffee this considered should be as clean as it is refined.

This multi-origin blend combines beans from diverse altitudes and processing methods: Brazilian beans (900–1,400m) using pulped natural processing for body and sweetness, Colombian beans (1,200–1,800m) fully washed for clean brightness, Guatemalan beans (1,500–2,000m) washed for balanced complexity, and Ethiopian beans (1,850–2,100m) washed for floral clarity. The varied processing methods create a harmonious cup with layers of chocolate, fruit, and brightness.
